A place of peace and mindfulness in the heart of Berlin-Mitte, serving vegan fine dining from its own fermentation lab
We offer a purely plant-based cuisine. Thereby, the culinary handwriting of our chef Steven Vick is not subject to any specifications. The focus for us is rather on the subject of craftsmanship.
We use only the best products – many of which we produce ourselves in our own fermentation lab in the basement of the restaurant. For example, soy sauces, flavored oils and various vinegars.
Many of these products originate in Japan – but we source the food needed for production from the Berlin area whenever possible.
Our fermentation lab enables us to preserve food for a long time and offer our guests a wide variety of vegetables and fruits even in winter, for example. At the same time, the ferments give the dishes a unique variety and depth of flavor as well as the incomparable umami factor.
We source the majority of our products from Goodfood Syndicate, Magdeburger Pilzmanufaktur, Teto Tofu, Feldfrucht Seibold, Terra Naturkost and Plattform2020.
